I purchased a 2 hour labor plan for $99. Duane contacted me and we set up the initial fix on my water heater. A bit of delay on original fix day, but well within reason...things happen. He promptly identified the problem and fixed it very quickly and made a few other adjustments. He finished quickly and moved to my next issue..a leaking toilet upstairs. He again identified the issue and gave me a few options. I decided that I would like to just go with a totally new toilet, he gave me suggestions and ageed to come back out since we had to get parts. Not to mention that this fix could also be completed within the left over time from my orginal fix. YES!! He contacted me within a reasonable time and returned to install a totally new toilet. His installation was efficient and looked great. I then I decided to installed new flooring etc..in that bathroom and discovered a couple of days after Duane's new toilet install that the brand new toilet had a leak. OMG...not again..I contacted Duane. Bless his heart..he agreed to come out and check it out again. Thank goodness it was a quick fix..a bolt replacement and everything is wonderful!! The kids just got home to check out their new toilet. They gave it 2 thumbs up. Good job Duane. Would I call Duane again..YES! Would I recommend him...YES! Things you should keep in mind when working with Duane. Duane has a small business not a big company. He is basically a one-man show, but he is very good at what he does. I tried to keep in mind that "my" job was not his only job. I think his suggestions were honest, he was knowledgable, and his fixes were done very efficient. Thanks Duane...I will be calling on you again.

Duane is a good guy - punctual and professional. Knew all the tricks of the trade to get things done efficiently. We ran into a problem with very old parts - Duane came back to install after the manufacturer supplied them. His work was extremely clean - left the place spotless with replaced parts neatly stacked. Duane kept me informed of scheduling via Angie's list email which was very helpful.

The repairs that we had were really minor. We had somebody that overlooked some things. It wasn't a whole lot of work done per say but he was very kind and very professional. It was good. He did a good job. He was on time and courteous.

Absolutely great! Very professional in every respect. I was very apprehensive making this plumbing appointment since I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with the attitude and service of a prior plumbing appointment with a different plumbing company obtained through Angie's list. Mr. Bond demonstrated that not all plumbers are rip-off artists. He certainly earned my confidence, and I would not hesitate to call Mr. Bond for plumbing services when needed in the future.

This service was an Angie's List deal, and well worth the price. He was pleasant and professional. Because I have not purchased many Angie's deals, I wasn't conversant in the messaging function of the website, so there was a delay in scheduling the appointment. I would definitely call Bond Plumbing again.

It was good. He was very responsive and prompt. He very effiecent in getting the job done. They did have to come back because there was leak under the sink where he installed the garbage disposal. He finished in less than 2 hours. He had a very good attitude. The price was fair.

I called the plumbing services to schedule an issue with my water heater. Although the estimate he provided was far better than a few others. The provider never turned up on the schedule & never tried to contact me. I have never experienced this before atleast a courtesy call to re-scheduled would have been much appreciated. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Please stay away & would never recommend to anyone!!!!

Bond Plumbing showed up on time and was competent. This would cost over $1K. I didn't have any other plumbing work for him to do so I asked him to leave and requested a refund. I was pleased with bond plumbing and their promptness. Unfortunately the work above isnt something I am prepared to do at this time.

I bought a deal through Angie's list. He replied almost immediately, set up the appointment, and was here at exactly 9am, as scheduled. He fixed the faucets quickly and was very professional. I would definitely use his services again.

Everything went very well. Duane was very professional, polite, and a nice guy. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. The reason I have given him a "B" on punctuality was because he arrived about an hour late. However, he called to explain why he was late and gave us a revised ETA which he hit.

We purchased the 99.00 special for 2 hrs of plumbing. Duane replaced a commode and bathroom faucet. He also repaired the commode in our bathroom. Excellent, excellent work and plumber. I'll call him again. Don't hesitate if you need an excellent and honest plumber who takes pride in his work.

We called on Thursday night and he arrived at 11 am the next day. Cleared the clog in a couple of hours. We have used Bond several times - to install 2 new toilets and replace our water heater. He is prompt, efficient and clean. Highly recommended.

I had what I thought was another leak outside my house. Duane could have charged me to try to fix it but said to wait to see if the garage leak fixed it. Well, it did. And I didn't have to spend more money. He's great! I highly recommend.

Very quick to respond to the initial call. He returned the call on a holiday!!! The turn around time was very fast. He gave a date and stuck to it. He did what he had to do as far as the framework for the plumbing and came back when we called him to install the sink. I will use him in the future!!

Great service! professional and on time. Reasonable price. Our new kitchen faucet looks good and doesn't leak. We have used Bond Plumbing before to install 3 new toilets, and I really liked their service, so that is why we used them again to install a kitchen faucet. I will use Bond Plumbing again and have alreAdy referred them to friends.
