Description of Work: It was a two hour service for $99. We only needed the water filter unit changed and the faucet replaced. It only took an hour. He did the job well but did not clean up after himself. It would have been more professional if he had cleaned up his bit before left and also put away the old units in the garage.

Description of Work: One of the most pleasant experiences I've had so far with a contractor (we've had many people, from electricians to a/c repair guys to general handymen, coming in and out of the house, since we're remodeling). Duane was very communicative and flexible throughout the scheduling process, and he arrived on time and got the job done well and swiftly. The very definition of a professional!

Description of Work: Duane Bond and Bond Plumbing are a terrific company to do business with. I purchased 2 hours of labor from Duane - he showed up as scheduled and quickly informed me that I needed some new parts that had to be direct ordered from the parts provider (Moen). Duane wrote down exactly what we needed to provde Moen, didn't charge us anything extra for making a second trip, and once the parts arrived, he came back and made the sink and faucet repairs.

Description of Work: We purchased an advertised Big Deal for two hours of plumbing labor. Duane Bond was professional in all his contact with us. We were pleased with the installation of a new kitchen faucet and a new disposal. He took the old ones with him and cleaned the area around the sink. We would use him again.

Description of Work: Ran late -- called then didn't show up ... didn't have part ... then never returned call ... finally got work done after several weeks. Bad experience.

Description of Work: The plumber was great! On time and very nice. Fixed my toilet, cleaned all the sink drains, repaired a problem with my tub I didn't even realize was a problem. Asked repeatedly if there was anything else, and left his card and asked for future business. Good value - good plumbing.

Description of Work: Installed a water softener I had purchased from Lowes. The only reason I give them a B on price, is because Lowes would have had someone install it for $99.
