+ -1 moreThe tech identified a failure in the control compartment of the outside compressor unit. There had been an electrical fire and several of the control wires were melted or burned. He reported to the warranty company that he was unable to diagnose the problem any further until the wires were replaced and then left. I called another repair company who replaced a capacitor that had short-circuited and had the unit working again in 15 minutes. Blue Sky was completely incompetent. Placed a call to their office and left a message, but no one called me back. Would NEVER use them again.
Description of Work: The upstairs AC was not working.

+ -1 moreIt went great. He called back a couple of days to check to make sure everything is good. Hard to find someone who cares and honest.
Description of Work: He replaces the whole furnace system. He explained to me very thoroughly and asked me if I have any questions. Very happy with his work and service. Very punctual and professional. I would recommend to everyone.
