Description of Work: Gilbert replaced clothes-washer shutoff valves and removed an unnecessary trap from kitchen sink. He did not have the couplers necessary for replacing old shut-off valves with quarter-turn ball valves, but he did the kitchen-sink repair while I went to get couplers from Lowes.

Description of Work: Found him on the list of contractors. His rating was so high I wanted to use him for our water pressure issues. He was booked up but I waited and had an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I chose Blue Dragon based on excellent reviews here and elsewhere. As others have commented, the owner Gilbert responded each evening to my emails during the bidding process prior to agreeing to the service. We scheduled the service date for the following week, to remove, replace, and dispose of the old water heaters in my attic. He arrived as promised and performed the work as promised. I'm not very happy with the cost of plumbing work, with hourly rates similar to a medical doctor or attorney but it seems all plumbers charge too much and I had other bids that were significantly (shockingly) higher. |I also asked if he would install a water softener and filter but he declined saying this is not his area of expertise. He referred me to a couple of other companies that specialize in water softener systems. |I plan to use Blue Dragon again if I have the need.

Description of Work: I've been looking for a good plumber for some time now, and I think I've found him. He was very helpful in setting up the appointment at the earliest time convenient for me that fit into his busy schedule. Then he arrived right on time and quickly took care of the work. In my case it was just two new faucets for the wash machine because the old ones were leaking badly. The quality of the new valves is far superior to the ones that were installed 20 years ago when I moved into this home.

Description of Work: Came after hours to fix our leaking water heater. Gilbert crushed it (in a good way). The problem was fixed in no time and we didn't get gouged on overtime. Excellent!

Description of Work: PVC Pipe Leak -- pipes underground in front yard. Had a leak (we are in drought conditions) and he came right away as it was an urgent situation. Also replaced parts in shower (washer / rings)
