Description of Work: I had a blind for a bedroom window that needed to be re-strung. They came to my home, removed the blind, took it away, got it fixed. Then I went and picked it up from them myself. It was much cheaper for me to go to them then for them to come to me. It was worth the extra money for the initial pick up because I was unsure how to take it down and replace the blind myself. They showed me and then I was able to reinstall it myself later.I would definitely use them again.

I took my blinds in to be re-strung. I was led to believe they would contact me and tell me an approximate day when blinds would be ready. They did not. After a few weeks, I called them and they said they would be ready soon. When I went to get them, I noticed the bottom slat had been damaged. I don't remember seeing that before so I left them at the store and asked them to fix it. I never heard from them for awhile and when I called they said they had to order the slat and had problems with the supplier. They expected it in soon. I called again about a month later after never hearing from them and got the same story. I called again after about another month and said I wanted my blinds. They said I could come pick up my blinds and they would bring out the part when it arrived. I have not heard from them since and it has been a couple of months.

I was looking for a local company to repair my blinds to avoid buying new ones. I called and was told that there were two drop off locations in Austin, one in North Austin and one in South Austin where I could drop off my blinds for an estimate. I used the South location, located off of IH35 and William Cannon. The estimate was very reasonable so I gave the go ahead on the repair and in a few days my blinds were returned in great condition. I was also pleased to find out that BlindSaverATX also sells parts on their website. So I was also able to get replacement valance clips that I needed. Overall, a great encounter, pleasant customer service, and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I dropped off four blinds for estimate and had them repaired. The cords were damaged on them, they were restrung. I was also able to purchase another window covering part I needed.
