 + -1 moreCharlie is fantastic. I have used him for over 10 years and I have two other family members that have used him for 15 years or longer. He is not the best at scheduling repeat services, like the other reviewer mentioned, but is very quick to fit you in when you need his service. He also comes between services for free if you have pest issues that his prior service covers. He has fantastic ant treatments, including fire ants. Both homes that have used his service have been 99% bug free which is fantastic in Texas. He also provides termite prevention service, which I have used in both homes. I highly recommend him, he very good at what he does and is very fairly priced. Please note that I gave him a B for professionalism only because he is a bit sarcastic once he gets to know you. I don't take offense to it as he is very good natured.

Description of Work: I have been a customer of Charlie (the owner and service person) for 8 years. His service is fantastic and of the highest quality. When I changed homes five years ago, one of my first tasks was to give him my new address. I have had outdoor and indoor pest control service quarterly (on average) for eight years. He also performed a termite prevention service in my last home. His prices are very reasonable and the product quality is top of the line. Charlie is very personable but does require some hand holding to stay on a routine schedule. That is the only downside that I have found. But if you are open to calling to schedule your routine service calls, this is a great company to go with. Please also note, his company services two other family members' homes in Hutto and Round Rock, with the same level of success.
