I brought in the car, they had a courtesy phone to call a cab (nice) and the man seemed knowledgeable. I asked if they would be sure to vacuum up the broken glass and he was reluctant to promise that which (see above) was annoying. But they matched the glass perfectly and the window seems to work fine (this was a year ago and I don't use the back seat or windows much). I would definitely use them again but I wish they would be more diligent about cleaning up the broken glass. I called to see if it was ready (I don't think they called me but they may have) anyway I took a cab back over and picked up my car. I believe it took 2 days since they had to order the glass (brought in one day, picked up the next day). Counting cab rides (and no insurance since it was below the deductible) not pain-free but again a good job.

Called Binswanger for an estimate on three fixed windows that had fogged up. Their rep arrived on time, provided an estimate and scheduled the work. The windows had to be ordered and they arrived approximately two weeks later. The job was more difficult than expected because a more permanent adhesive was used to install the old windows making them more difficult to remove. After installation all looked good, the bill was paid and the installer left. A few days later, I noticed that the metal threshold on the front door was dented and the door latched was scratched. Probably something that wouldn't have bothered me except that the door was less than a month old at the time of the window replacement. The installer took my check and hit the road after damaging the door without saying a word.

Very good. Their estimate was much cheaper than their competitors and the final cost was only 25 dollars more but that was well within reason considering the job was with steel frames and the glass was larger than I had thought when I got the estimate.

The installation and the product was excellent. The one problem I had with them was that the first glass they brought was broken, so the job was delayed a little bit. It was not their fault though because it came out of the box that way. When they returned with the new one, it was good. There was a great outcome and I would definitely use them again. The finished product is beautiful.

They were absolutely painless to work with. I called another glass company first and they set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. Binswanger asked me several questions and gave me a quote over the phone. Basically, I was charged for a two-person service call. Two people were needed since the mirror was so large. They came exactly when promised and the mirror was out in five minutes. They accepted the $20 off coupon from Angie's List, which I mentioned ahead of time over the phone.

Speedy show-up time. Fair price. Quality work.

We had a crack in the glass of the patio door (which had spread completely). I called few of the glass people to find the quotes. These were the only ones who even gave me an appropriate quote. I also saw their review here and decided to go with them. Once we decided, they called us quickly to schedule an appt. to come and have a look at the glass. The rep. Jeff even called me the same day to quote the price from the warehouse. The price was approximately $50 more than what he said but that was due to the abnormal size of our glass pane. Since the glass was readily available, he came and installed the glass within a day and work was really perfect. The glass did not shatter and he took care of that. Also, installed the new glass and cleaned up the place before he went. I did use the coupon which is present here and got $20 discount on the price.

We arranged a time for a bid and I left work early. No one came for four hours. When I called to ask if anyone would come, an upset manager said that we would be first call in the morning, by 9 at the latest. I arranged to go in late to work. No one came before I had to leave at 10 am. No phone follow-up came to my message. I will find someone who keeps appointments.

We removed frame from sliding door and removed broken glass, then took frame to Binsanger. The initially quoted a price of $145.00 for same day but we didnt need same day and payed $107.00.

I took a few days for the repair man to get to us, but once he did he was at our house when he said he would be. He did a pretty good job of cleaning up the broken glass and didn't leave a big mess behind.

We had the old ones in for a long time, and after they all began to cloud over we called Binswanger. Their crew was well mannered; and tried their best to maintain an orderly work area. This came in handy at the end of the day, because there was very little to clean up. The installation went perfectly, and we have clear windows again, that also have a much tighter seal.

GREAT! WE BROUGHT THE TABLE IN TO BE MEASURED ON A TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. MY HUSBAND WAS SHOWN THREE DIFFERENT SHADES OF GLASS AND WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE FROM THAT SELECTION.

BINGSWANGER CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND DETERMINED THE SIZE OF GLASS WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE BROKEN WINDOWS. THEY THEN CAME OUT AND REMOVED BROKEN WINDOWS AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONES.
