Description of Work: Bill Ley represented us as Realtor/Attorney during our home search and purchase. Having lived in Austin his entire life, he was invaluable with his knowledge of neighborhoods and value searching. When we finally found the home we ended up purchasing, he made himself available to us at all hours for any questions and was instrumental in helping us make sure that the many details were attended to in an orderly and efficient manner. Thanks to his expertise and guidance the house closing procedure lasted less than an hour with no problems or surprises. We highly recommend him as a no-nonsense, truly client oriented professional and hope the Angie's list review encourages people to seek out his services, though he is widely known and respected by long time Austin residents.

Description of Work: Bill showed me numerous houses. I think that the process could have gone faster, but I needed to explain more clearly what I wanted, which was a little house in a friendly neighborhood. Eventually I found a house in Hyde Park that did not have a lot of curb appeal, but was well maintained. Bill helped negotiate the price, watched out for my interests, and got things done in a timely fashion. I'm very happy with my home.
