He really takes the time to get to know his clients and make sure that they get exactly what they are looking for. I have worked with him prior to this transaction for years. He was our first choice when we were looking to get approved for a mortgage loan. We were blown away by how he handled our mortgage loan from start to finish with ease. He ensured a very smooth transaction and delivered by constantly keeping the communication open and getting the file into underwriting without any issues. The closing docs were delivered to the title company 10 days before closing! Bill also helped weigh the pro's and cons of different loan programs to help us decide what would work best for us.
