Description of Work: The workman who completed the jobs was very congenial, professional and arrived on time. I was very pleased with the installation of a new garbage disposal. For a window installation, I think it would have been better to send out two people and the person arranging the installation did not appear to know. I ended up involved in the installation of the window which I did not mind but window was obviously difficult for one expert person to install. I tried out the window once the workman was gone. It is very difficult to close the window and glides open by itself which may be an indication that it is not level. Unfortunately, I did not test the window prior to having it installed, or while the workman was in my home and there could also be something wrong with the window mechanism.

Description of Work: I don't want to complain. The company sent their representative to my home to discuss a deck design. I asked him a number of questions, including what the building code required as to railing height and baluster spacing, and what recommended materials might be. He did not seem to know the answers to what I thought were very basic questions. He did not offer any useful suggestions, he told me to tell him what I wanted. I asked him to leave and called the owner, who graciously offered to refund the $49 spent on the Big Deal.

Description of Work: It took over a day for the service provider to return my call. When they did, they stated that they do not service Georgetown unless i had at least 7 hrs of work for them. I stated that this should have been disclosed prior to my purchase. I'm very disappointed and probably wont use big deals in the future.
