Booking was very simple, all via text and email. Ray, our “bug guy”, was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me around the house and answered all of my questions, with a smile on his face. God bless him and Barrett Pest Control.

The service has been punctual and extremely efficient. They come out and sprayed once and just that one time and took care of everything. I called to have them come out again a couple months later for good measure and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and set up an appointment immediately. Would highly recommend using their services if you are experience any type of pest problem.

We were looking for an alternative to the leading pest control companies BUT also wanted something environmentally friendly and pet safe. All of this was the reason we switched to Berrett. Easy, affordable, and safe. We have quarterly service with free spot services between, and termite protection all for $30/$40 less than every leading company out there. It’s fantastic. Scheduling and rescheduling is simple as well. I had an interaction with an employee, Julie, that was the easieste & friendliest customer service interaction I’ve experienced in a while. I’ll definitely remain a customer based on my experience with Julie.

Berrett Pest Control’s general pest treatment helped solve my home’s bad scorpion problem. Went from seeing them almost daily to only seeing the occasional dead one. They are also quick to answer calls and schedule/adjust service.
