Having one recurring issue with pests. They have been out three times and are still working the problem. They are responsive.

We have had our initial service call, and we will undoubtedly continue to use Berrett's over the next few months to make sure we eradicate them. Letha was accommodating and specific on the phone, so I felt like there wasn't any information I was missing. She knew right away what we needed. Tim was very polite and on time, and explained what he was doing every step.

Initial service was great. Removed what I needed with the huge wasp nest in my attic vent. I went on to a monthly service contract but that's where I felt I had issues. I WFH and the driver wouldn't make contact when he arrived to check if I had any specific concerns and after he left I would find untreated ant hills. They were very responsive if I called for a specific service need, but if I am paying for continued monthly treatment, then I'd rather they do a good stroll around to look for issues I do or don't see, every time they came. The first service person I had was awesome, and they said I would continue to have that person, but then quickly switched me to someone else that potentially did not take as much care to handle my service. They avoided chemicals around my garden beds, which was great and what I would expect, but maybe someone who can treat that specific need for me also is a better option for my dollars.

The company is very reliable and the people are great! We have a newer house that is built in an old rice field so there are a ton of critters. We noticed there was a built in pest control system after living on our home so we thought we would give it a try. I’m not sure if it’s because of the location of our home that it will take a while to get rid of all of the pests, but it has been a definite challenge. If we aren’t satisfied with the built in system then we will go back to Berrett. They are definitely#1 in customer service!

I had service from Barrets Pest control this Wednesday 6/15/22. The tech was very professional and thorough, he had to come back to do the mosquito treatment. When I called the local office there was some miscommunication regarding a return trip so I called the main number and spoke with Julie who was an absolute doll and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and because of her I will continue to do business with this company due to her excellent compassionate customer service. She is truly a rare gem and I value treating customers with respect. 5 stars for a great experience all around!!

It went as expected. But the customer service representative,Julie was very helpful. She understood the person had to be a certain size to get the critter and Sent someone who was able to do the job both well and professional. Customer service from Julie was very good.

Today was my first experience with Berrett’s pest control and the services/professionalism was outstanding. Angel was great making sure he answered all my questions and explained everything before he started. I called to schedule a 2 week follow up and Julie was wonderful making sure we were completely satisfied.

We have been using Berret now for a couple of Years. Great service as well as Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

These guys are so great. The price is extremely fair and unlimited service calls in between. Every time they come, they come on time, they are quick and polite. We never have any pest issues. Highly recommend!

We’ve had an ant problem this year and Barrett came multiple times to insure we were riddled of the ants that seemed to tAke over the Master Bath. Great service!

Booking was very simple, all via text and email. Ray, our “bug guy”, was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me around the house and answered all of my questions, with a smile on his face. God bless him and Barrett Pest Control.
