I needed some one more specialized for my specific job, I did not end up using the big deal.

It went really well! They’re a good company and I’ve definitely seen a difference since they came out to spray. It took about an hour and there were no issues with scheduling.

They were very punctual with communication and contacted me almost immediately to schedule my appointment. they didnt cover all my need so i am going with another provider

We are now nearly four weeks since I first called to have the rodent removed and it is still up there, clawing on the ceiling and moving around. Initially, Gino, the agent who came to the house diagnosed it as a squirrel who entered the attic through a hole in the mesh vent. Rather than go into the attic he recommended the following course of action: 1. Put detour on the hole to get the squirrel out of the hole. 2. Come back in a few days and patch the hole. I was not entirely sure how putting bait ON the hole would get the rodent out, but I deferred to the expert. The more and more I thought about it the more the solution didn't make sense. I called Berrett and they said Gino would call me back He never did. After the exterminator came back and patched the hole, the rodent was still in the attic. I called again and Gino came back out. At this point, the scratches were louder and the thumping seemed bigger. Gino came back out again and he put a trap in the attic to try and catch the rodent. There is obviously something up there, but when I asked him if he saw anything he said he did not see any activity. So either: 1. I have a rodent that is getting into the attic through some other entry point and Gino didn't find it or 2. Gino did not actually do a proper inspection whilst in the attic or 3. The rodent in the attic has a Mensa card. He came back out today and found nothing in the trap. He said he would come back in a few days and check again. The rodent scratches right above my bed and sleeping in my room has become unbearable when the rodent is active. I think that spending nearly $200, when a full rodent abatement (via an Angie's list coupon) is only $300 is a little ridiculous. I've now spent nearly 4 weeks listening to a critter try and scratch his way through the ceiling and frankly it's unacceptable.

My iniital thoughts are that the rodent exclusion prices are high - though they follow a free consultation. I will get a consultation from at least one more provider before I get a feel for current market rates on the services.

Arrived on time and was very effective. Quote was reasonable for annual service which we signed up for.

I called Berrett Pest Control on Friday because I was having an ant problem at my home. Dena was extremely professional and very nice and she was able to get a technician to come to my home the next day due to a cancellation. I called at the right time. Gino showed up on time and advised me of the work he was about to perform. He started with the inside of the house and then he serviced the outside. He advised me that we had pavement ants as well as fire ants and that all is taken care of and if I have any issues to please Berrett and let them know.
