The pricing was reasonable. The technician was punctual and got the job done on time. They sent out email reminders before and after each treatment. The email stated who the technician was and what was used for the treatment. Online customer portal was very helpful. Account history including contract, treatments, and payments are clear and easy to navigate.

He arrive on time, did the job and we really like that he took the time to explain and answer all our questions

Positive. They came out and provided the service within the week of the purchase date. What happened is the issue was, I purchased that, they came out. The issue was there were squirrels in our attic and they are not classified as a rodent. We had to cut over the garage and put a trap in and then block up any holes or access. I did have to pay extra. I like their service so I went ahead and joined their quarterly, or semi annual home pest control where they come around and spray for insects and check things out. The package that I obtained they applied to one year, you know, the way we worked it is it counted for one year of quarterly inspections. Then I just paid them, I think I sent them like $300 for large animal removal one time.

Within about 30 days I started seeing bugs again (which doesn't happen with my other pest control company), and their customer service also was not that great

It was okay. They were on time. It worked. The pricing was good.

The inspector was thorough and checked to see if we had active rodents. Thankfully we didn't . He was great!

Great. No pests and Kris gave me great tips on keeping pests away so I don't have issues in the future.

They were okay. I don't know if the mosquito stuff really worked. They came out to re-treat. They were pretty quick.

It went good. They left us some cages so we eventually caught the raccoons ourselves. They only had two or three sessions with us. It was a deal where they are going to put something in the attic and then they will do some follow up. I will rate them in the middle, I will not rate them the highest nor the lowest but they are more comfortable doing something that is smaller and they did not have a definite plan for the raccoons. The technicians were nice folks but they just don’t have a plan to solve what we wanted. They just came and treated the attic and put some cages and they came out a couple of times more to check if the raccoons were still in the attic.

I didn’t like their service. It only took a half hour for the initial inspection. They didn’t provide the mesh that goes between the spaces in the bricks. I had to show them the ant nests to make sure it was taken care of. I didn’t have them do the 3 additional treatments.

It was great. I think their rates are a little bit lower than we have been paying for.

The service turned out well. The one thing I was unhappy about was that if you purchase the $69 deal you had to sign up for them to come out 2 or 3 more times during the year and I did not appreciate that. They sprayed inside the house and there was a place where aunts were entering the house form the roof.

They sprayed outside the house. I would recommend their service but you might get a better overall deal if you shop around. The service was fine and they did what they were supposed to do.

I hired this pest control company to exterminate my rental property. They required a minimum of 3 separate services so I said ok. The agreement was that they would treat the interior as well as the exterior on the first treatment they did what they said they would do. However, the 2nd treatment is when the problem started. I paid them before I found out they only threw some stuff in the yard. I called them and made sure the company was aware of the issue and they said they would correct the problem. As of now they have not. The 3rd treatment a couple of months at the end of August I emailed them and spoke to them several times on the phone reminding them of our agreement. Again, they said they would correct it but they never did. I keep providing them with the tenants phone number but they always claim they forgot to call or must have wrote the number down wrong. The final treatment which was to be performed the end of August in which they have not yet performed yet they keep sending me overdue bills. The original bill was $192.00 it is only October yet they claim I owe them over $300.00 for a service they admit they have not done. They state the overage is my late fee. That would be a really hefty late fee for a bill that was not even past due 2 months; isn?t this type of late fee illegal? They do not respond to my emails they just want to get paid regardless if they performed the service accurately or even did it at all. I would never recommend this company. If someone has any advice for me, I am open to it. I never did get it resolved through the company, but I I looked up the owner and he was very reasonable and we were able to work it out to both of our satisfaction.

The coupon didn't technically cover both sides, but they were happy to do the other side and honor the coupon.

They came on time as promised but within 2 weeks I started noticing anthills outside and bugs inside. When I called again then the service started getting lousy. Since it was a one time treatment they kept insisting they cant come again even though the bugs started coming back within just 2 weeks of service. I called them multiple times and argue that its not even a month past the service and customer service guy said he would check with manager and call me back and never did! I would not recommend this service neither would I go with them again.

I'm So Sorry Greg, My service manager did inform me Burnet is OUTSIDE of our service area. We have NOT extended out to Burnet County Quit yet but we are growing and hopefully Burnet will become part of our service in the near future. Again I'm so sorry I didnt catch this earlier. The tech that came out was very thorough, quick, and personable. Knowing it was our first house he pointed out potential problem areas.

I would recommend this service and deal to anyone faced with a termite infestation or moving into a house with prior termite activity. Given the service we were having done and the deal we'd found on Angie's list, both the tech and several people I spoke with for scheduling thought that I must know someone in the company to get such a good deal. The Angie's list deal saved us $1,100. That savings, the quality of the service itself, and the relief of having the termites treated more than made up for some minor scheduling and billing challenges. Service The termite tech and the service was great. He called before coming and asked if he could come early. We weren't at home, and we gave him the go ahead to get started. He was polite, thorough, and happy to answer our questions. He talked to us about what he would be doing: digging a narrow trench around the perimeter of the house, using so many gallons of termidor treatment per feet, and then filling it in again. He let us know that we should wait 30 days for the chemical to take effect before knocking down existing termite trails so that we could be sure the termites were dead. He mentioned that while the chemical is new and extensive studies haven't been done, they have been using the chemical for about ten years and have yet to see termites return to the properties they have treated with it. When I knocked the trails down at the end of July, there was no sign of termite activity, and we haven't seen any new trails despite a mild, wet summer. Homeowner tip: We mowed the yard and edged extensively around the perimeter to make sure that it would be accessible for the work. Scheduling Scheduling was a little challenging. I purchased a deal through Angie's list, and the staff member I spoke with initially was not immediately familiar with the terms of the offering. Also, they only have one termite tech in Austin, and we have a lot of termite activity in the area, which meant we were scheduling three weeks in advance. It took 3-4 calls to connect and schedule the service. Billing While I paid in advance, I received a bill from Berrett by mail after the service. I reached out to both them and Angie's list and got it sorted out within a couple of days. Environmental Note: After purchasing this service, I found that the active ingredient in termidor--the chemical used--is one that recent studies suggest may be a contributing factor to bee colony collapse syndrome, when used in agricultural settings. That gave me pause but not as much concern as the five termite trails around my foundation.I would encourage anyone having chemicals applied to their home or property to research them in advance.

They were polite they did try to escalate it and get someone to come sooner but they are too busy.

The guys were great and the company was fine. It was easy to schedule and easy to get them out. They did everything they said they would, I am just not sure that actually spraying mosquitos works. We decided to try it and see and did not have any real results that we could notice. Again, I am not unhappy with the company, but I don't think I would do it again. Mosquitos fly 2 miles and I don't think they spray that far.
