Wonderful, fast friendly service and punctual

I have had a contract with Barrett for over a year now, and I am very pleased with the service. Everyone who answers phones (last time I spoke with Chastity) is incredibly nice, their responsiveness is wonderful, and Gary (who has done almost all of our service) is personable, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was worried when we signed up for this that it was going to be a waste of money, that they would resist coming out between quarterly sprayings. But I have needed to call many times about wasps, ants, June bugs, and fleas, and they always come out without hesitation. It's so nice not to have the stress of trying to figure out how to get rid of a new pest around our home and just making a phone call to a professional.

I got Berrett Pest Control as a reference from Angie’s List, so I scheduled with them and they were very responsive with sending an inspector out and then we agreed to a treatment plan. They actually came back to retreat two times after the first treatment within 1 month. Satisfied with Berrett

So far the roaches has disappeared not seeing very many rodents running around they seen to be dying off or leaving the property still in working progress

First treatment was mostly effective, we subscribed to a yearly plan to fully treat the house. The price was competitive compared to national chains.

Ok. Needed follow-up, for which they recommended within 10-14 days, but they had no appointments until a couple weeks after that..

After several treatments. The scorpion still go inside the house and stung me and the kids several times. I don’t know what kind of chemical they use but seems like it is not working. But their responsiveness was good. They keep coming to treat some more without a fee.

We’ve been using Berrett for a couple of years now. Every service technician has been great (punctual, thoughtful, and considerate of individual requests) and customer service (especially Mia) have been very accommodating.

Service has always been excellent with Berrett. Customer service reps on the phone are very polite and helpful. When the technicians come to the home day don’t waste any time and they do a very thorough job.

The salesman, Chase, was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable about the services I needed for my lawn. He gave me a quote by phone and was able to set an appointment within a week. I was extremely pleased with Chase's excellent customer service.

Excellent service and professional technician

I was having some work done in my yard and the guys noticed a cockroach infestation in an area that was going to be covered over the next day. I called Barrett on a Friday night and needed them to come out on Saturday right away to treat the area. The schedule was super tight but they made it work and were able to come out the next day to address the problem. I have been a customer for a long time and they have always treated me well, been extremely helpful and responsive. All the techs I’ve worked with have been really good people! Polite, professional and friendly and the service they perform is top notch!

Last year they sent me to collections and threatened me, so I paid and the account was closed. Now, again they are doing the exact same, I cannot write what I am thinking

No complaints, the professional showed up on time did the service as described and emailed me with details of the service including the chemicals used.

The spray wasn't working. After we wiped off a spider web, within 24 hours, the web would return. On the 3rd visit, he sprayed all over the windows. It was soaked all over the sills and baseboards, and puddles on the floor. This was on the inside and out. We were supposed to receive a check. We have been emailing them for weeks and now they are saying they are going to have someone come out instead.

Dealing with this company was a very costly mistake. I contacted them because we had a bad rodent problem and a slight insect problem. We have had three other companies look for the rat entry points and haven’t found a solution. The technician who came to the house seemed reasonable and intelligent but he came without a ladder. He looked around the house and could see no rodent entry. He said that the work done by previous companies looked very good and he trusted that they had done a thorough job on the roof and saw no reason for him to check it. He recommended that we put rat baits around the house. I should have known better and realized a few days later that it was stupid to poison rats that have access to the house and i picked up the bait boxes. It was too late. Result: a dead rodent somewhere in the walls. But this was not the worst. We also contracted with them to take care of a roach problem. When the technician came he sprayed inside the house and outside along the walls. I was worried about the spray because of the anole lizards that inhabit our deck area and was assured that they would not be harmed. Result: no anoles. Previous to the spraying there were at least four of them around our back door. I enjoyed watching them and knew two of them by sight. Now for the first time since we moved here nearly 20 years ago we have no lizards. I am saddened and disgusted by this. Again, I should have known better but if there was any potential problem with the insecticide I would have skipped the outdoor spray and the company would still have been paid the same. I no longer trust the company at all. The company web site shows a happy smiling family — disgusting. I almost get tears in my eyes thinking about it. We have a one year contract for three more treatments but we are going to take the loss and they will not be allowed back except to pick up there rat boxes. This is a large expense that we will get nothing for but that’s not as great a loss as the loss of the beneficial little animals that they murdered.

Fantastic! The technician Kris was prompt, professional and took the time to fully answer all my questions. Who would have thought that a termite treatment could actually be pleasurable!
