Ian came out and performed termite treatment on our house and guest house. He was very friendly and respectful, and wore a mask anytime he needed to talk to me. He did a really great job with the treatment, I was very happy with the service. Side note, their customer service in general is phenomenal! I’ve spoken to one of their customer service reps Reggie on the phone a couple of times, and he was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend Berrett’s!

The Barrett associate was named Bob. He did an amazing job. I could not come out of my house because of the amount of wasps. Bob fearlessly tackled the hives that were under the boards on roof. He climbed up and sprayed. I have not seen a single wasp since then. I am so happy to recommend Barrett Pest Control.
