Everything Went Very Well all Services were done in Excellence inside and out. Reggie was very Professional and kind I will use them seasonally. Very Pleased with the service and fees they offer.

I have been using Berrett Pest Control for many years and never have to worry about creepy crawling bugs. The technicians are always very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The staff who schedule appointments are always so kind and understanding if appointments need to rescheduled.

It went very well. An inspection was done; and service was immediately scheduled to make sure the problem is taken care of.

My first service call was august and unfortunately we’re still having rodent problems inside the home and attic. It’s not your fault, we are in a townhome and adjacent units may not have gotten pest control service, though I am frustrated that we have not found the hole that is allowing the rat into my home.

I have a contract with Berrett for which I pay quarterly. Whenever I notice any pests in between my regular scheduled appointments I can call them and they’ll come out. I’ve even gotten them to come out on the same day! Wonderful and responsive company and LaToya in customer service is a pleasure to speak with.

Dylan came to perform the service. He was very detailed and thorough and very respectful.

Customer service was prompt to set appointments for treatment and inspection to determine how the mice entered.

Great- I have monthly/quarterly service (3 years) my representative is Familiar with my needs, professional and timely. He comes between service appointments as often as required. Customer service, rep, Danielle, very helpful and courteous.

They addressed the vole issue but didn’t take care of the ant problem. I talked to the tech about it and showed him the ant nest, he said he would use bait but never did.

I spoke with Reggie this morning (9/23) to schedule re-treatment for fleas. Reggie was not only very courteous and helpful, my conversation with him was uplifting & reassuring. I was stressed over the fleas reappearing but after speaking with him, I felt reassured that our problem would be solved. He was an excellent representative of Barrett Pest Control in Garland, Texas.
