It went well. I had two technicians, the first of which has been better than the second. They have been regular in their appointments, and the phone operators are always pleasant and quick.

I had the wasps taken care of with absolutely no issues. I have only called about animal issue today. So no services have been rendered. But the customer service call I had with Vanessa was great. She was knowledgeable and really easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend.

I have Barrett come out monthly for general insect spray and additionally (during March-October season) mosquito-specific treatment. While it's a bit expensive - $42/mo for insect and an extra $100 per mosquito treatment - it has definitely cut down on the insect population in my backyard and it it's a quick process every week. They send email reminders as well as give a call the day before and when they're on their way so you're never caught off guard with someone in your yard. I continue to use them and will do so in the future.

We have received Berrett Pest Controls Green Quarterly Pest Plus Termite Warranty service for almost 3 years. We chose Berrett specifically for this service so we would feel comfortable with treatment around our pets and livestock. Our tech, Angel, is always amazing! He takes the time to answer all of my questions and always makes sure to address any of my specific pest issues. Ex: Last year we found carpenter ants on a structural beam on our porch. Angel walked me through all the extra treatment he did and offered advice to prevent them from returning. The targeted treatment was all included with my service package so it was no additional cost! We were lucky and caught it early enough that we only required one treatment and haven’t seen them since. Bonus, when you do have questions or concerns, their customer service team is great! I have been satisfied with every interaction I have had, including just today! I called to check on my next service date (it’s a little later than usual) and Reggie let me know when I can expect treatment. He was so nice and let this stay at home mom ramble on for a couple minutes and enjoy some human contact during this pandemic. I definitely give Berrett Pest Control a big, all around thumbs up!

I had a nest of possums living behind my dryer inside my house for months. Repeat: a nest of possums inside my home. In the laundry room just off the kitchen. Yes - it can and does happen. I have 2 kids. I knew something was wrong - odor, noises - but couldn’t find the problem. I finally threw up my hands. I called Barrett and within the hour Tim arrived! He walked through the door and immediately diagnosed everything. He found the nest (see pic) determined how they got in (dryer heating duct) and taken care of everything, To say I was upset is an understatement. He was very reassuring. These creatures had been inside my home where me and my 2 kids eat, sleep, relax. Now I am a customer for life and am on a monthly service plan that I should have been on years ago. DO NOT let the critters get a foothold anywhere around your home. I ignored it for years - insects, small rodents around the outside of the house, ants, a bug here and there - and let me tell you the little creatures wind up inviting the big creatures. No doubt. A+ all the way Tim! I can now enjoy my home again!

This is the best pest control company, ever! Services and pricing are all very reasonable, scheduling is quick and easy, payments are so simple- they work with you so you don't have to "suffer" from unwanted pests. Kudos to Reggie (phone rep) and Angel (tech), for never letting us down. This company has taken care of ants, spiders, crickets and the occasional roaches in our homes. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Berrett for several years. They’re priced a little lower than the big name company. We’ve been happy with the service. Mostly we just have them come quarterly, bit of I need them to come in between they are very responsive. They are also easy to reach on the phone.
