The technicians have been consistently punctual, thorough, polite, and accommodating. The company is very professional and reliable! We had to deal with a problem of German roaches because of a tenant and the company helped us resolve this issue in a timely manner. They kept returning without a service charge until the job was done. Another technician identified a problem with wasps, which we hadn't even noticed. He was able to eliminate their nest before it became a problem. Highly recommended!!

Barrett has always had great customer service. They do a fine job and are quick to address/solve problems between scheduled visits.

All the Staff at Berrett Pest Control are so nice and very professional. Anytime we call them they are very responsive to our needs. Eva the scheduler is sweet, Gary and Miguel are also such nice gentlemen who come out and spray. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve used berrett many times over the past couple years. Their customer service is always fantastic which I don’t necessarily expect from a pest control company. The folks in the office are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The techs do a great job of calling ahead before arriving, are always punctual and are happy to walk you through any questions or concerns you have when they are on sight. I get the sense that the employees enjoy working for berrett which makes a huge difference towards the ultimate customer experience and is a big part of why I continue to use their services.

LaSonya was GREAT on the phone! George was fantastic when he came out for the inspection. I missed an appointment and they were WAY MORE than understanding! Our neighbor recommended Berrett Pest Control and I’m glad they did. Call them. You’ll be glad you did, too!

Nate and Tim did a great job today! They were very thorough and explained everything in detail for me. They also guarantee that if I saw any pass or had any issues they would come out immediately to retreat. The receptionist called me as soon as they were finished and was very polite and scheduled the next follow up appointments immediately. Great company! Great employees! Will continue to do business again!
