The staff is very helpful and respectful. Felt at ease when speaking to Mike. He helped explain what inspection and how inspection was going to be done. Very informative and patient with all my questions.

The service has be fantastic, from customer service on the phone to the home service, all have been professional, friendly and helpful.

They were so quick to respond, friendly and a great value. We had noticed some ant beds and mentioned it at our quarterly visit, and not only did the person who did the work go above and beyond, we got a call an hour later to schedule additional time so they could make sure the issue was completely taken care of.

Richard was not only professional and courteous, he was also funny and had me laughing for the first time since getting covid which was a welcomed experience! I have always had a great experience with all of staff at Barrett Pest Control, but Richard went above and beyond. He even made sure to get my fees waived for me which was so nice!

They were spraying for the German roaches they are still working on it they have come out at least three times and I’m going to give them one more time to see if it’s working as of right now I still have the German roaches. At this moment is cost me $175 and my next $46 will pay it be paid on the 21st.

I’m still in the process of getting everything set up but when I called Mike was very informative over the phone and got me scheduled for someone to come out super quick.

So far so good, the first time around they are and took care of what I'd asked for, the phone call I just had with customer service was wonderful! No complaints, and great when it came to taking notes and explaining how they'd help me with my current problem 🙂 they got rid of all my spider and and problems twice now. All there is left is a new wasp problem, but the phone call made me feel reassured they'd take care of the problem! :)

Barrett techs do a great job of treating thoroughly and asking for any areas of concern that they can give extra attention to. Whenever I call, they get someone out right away. Tabbatha, the customer service rep, was excellent today! She was thorough in addressing my needs, scheduled me for tomorrow, and was super friendly and helpful! Thank you for always being there to help when I get bugged!
