Description of Work: They offered a great deal on an initial treatment and a reasonable price for quarterly treatments. It's hard to say they are any better than any other company but they come, they are nice, they spray and the bugs stop.

Description of Work: Kristian came after we heard scratching in the wall and determined we had roof rats, where they were coming in, and devised a plan to eradicate them. He plugged the hole where they were coming in and set up traps. He comes back every week to check the traps. At the end of the first month, it will be determined whether we still have a problem and need to continue. We have been very pleased with the progress so far.

Description of Work: They upsold me on a 6 monthly treatment package for $60/ treatment. |It's worked well to keep the mosquitos away, as part of their package guarantee they did come out again one month when the mosquitos became a problem more quickly than usual. Appreciated the service person accommodating a yard activity by coming back in the afternoon rather than spraying in the morning.

Description of Work: Rat removal. My regular peat maintenance company was unavailable when a rat got in the house. I purchased the Angie's list coupon from Barrett and got a message that I would hear from them in 2-3 business days. A week later I had not heard from them and called to make an appointment. Their next appointment was a week out. This would leave a rat in my house for 2 weeks. They "pulled some strings" and got someone out 2 days later. |The gentleman was kind and professions but all he did was lay a couple of $5 traps and confirm that the rat had gotten in where we thought. He said he would be back the following week to take the traps. He never came and never contacted us. Finally, my husband caught the rat himself. |Barrett spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to sell me an annual agreement and 10 minutes doing a "fix" that I could have done myself for $125 less.
