 + -1 moreMr. Benitez provided an accurate fair estimate and did not deviate from this. He provided addition suggestions and recommendations as the jobs were in progress. He has high standards and provides quality work. He is flexible and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Mr. Benitez removed wallpaper, drywall, tape & float, texture, and painting in bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen. He removed popcorn ceiling and retextured with orange peel.
