Their prices are way too high. They were recommended by my pool company. They use that as their advantage and they usually extract a higher price, about 50-100% more compared to the competition. They are not really working hard to get my business. If I need a plumber, they will not be my first choice.

Ben Rivera Jr. himself arrived at my place to perform the initial quoting service and to discuss with me what I needed. It was during that time that we discussed the asthetics of the installation as well. Ben suggested the valve for future connections which I greatly appreciated, as it did not really raise the overall cost of the installation. The crew arrived a day ealier than I expected, but they called first to give me ample warning time, and even performed the work in the evening when we would be there. The crew was a pair of two guys and arrived in-uniform and prepared with all materials necessary. The installation took a few hours, but the crew performed the inside work first before moving to the oustide so that my wife and I could leave to run errands. The work was absolutely professional-grade! They painted the finished lines and left literally no scraps or evidence they had been there. All materials used were of the highest quality. In addition, Ben's company handled all the permitting required from the city, which was a huge help. They did not require a deposit and invoicing was done after the services were rendered. This is one of the most professional and prompt services I have had done on my home and would highly recommend this company for work that you may need.
