The team, from start to finish, was super friendly, helpful and very quick. The entire project took less than 3-weeks to complete (from signing contract to materials being ordered to install). It was a great experience and would use them again for future projects!

Not happy with the service. The workers are excellent, very polite, clean, punctual. However, the sales rep and management they do not do what they are doing, they did not offer good options to my needs. The product provide was not what I was looking for. On the guest bathroom, they offered move around the pipes and damaged the house foundations. Confirmed by other professionals. The Manager blamed the house builder and made us change our first decision, which costed us more money. They also told me the installers where part of the organization, when actually they are subcontractor. Also the company does not have certified plumbers to do their job. They did the estimate based on guessing, and that made me pay more for the final project. I would not recommend this company to others, just the independent contractors. I gave a 4 star rating based on the job the independent contractors did.

Hi [Member Name Removed]! Unfortunately, as you know, we were faced with some unusual plumbing issues that the original house builder left you with. These were unforeseeable at the time of measure and inspection - we didn't find them until we demo'd the area. At that time, we were faced with a few different options as to how to remedy the situation. We gave you the number of several independent plumbers who told you the same thing that we did - you would have to cut through the foundation to make it right. This was obviously going to be extremely expensive and so we opted, with you signing off, to make your shower a tiny bit smaller so as not to have to leave you with a large plumbing bill! I think your end results were stunning, but we hate that you had to deal with all the the shoddy workmanship of the original home builder that you were left with. We apologise that you had to go through all that you did, but we're happy you were pleased which what our installers were capable of doing to install the shower as best they could.

Very happy with the finished product. They estimated 3 days, but it took them 5. (My only bathroom, so they made sure to hook up the toilet every night.)
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel: replace tub with shower; shower tiles extend outside the tub area to the door (wainscot), so they all were replaced with acrylic panels. Floor replaced with Pure SPC MAX waterproof flooring. Add ceiling acrylic panel in shower. Replace old plumbing with pex.
