Brian H. did a wonderful meticulous job giving me a beautiful new bathtub and surround. Michelle answered all my questions and helped me choose a beautiful color and fantastic fixtures. I couldn't be happier.

We were told it would take 1 or 2 days. The first time the installer came was June 30th. The salesman had not given the correct measurements and we were told it would have to be redone. Now it is the 25th of July and we still do not have our shower! For the amount of money we paid, it should have been done already. The installer has been here 7 times! And we still do not have a shower! Unacceptable!

Hired Bath Fitters of Orlando to cover tub with their product. Few months later water is between the old tub and the new. They came to fix it several times. They drained the water and chalked it each time. 3rd on site attempt to fix tech twisted the water spout trying to get it off. Gave up on taking it off. Drained the water again and said they fixed it but not to run water for 4 hours. 8 hours later turn on shower and water all over inside the wall, bathroom and adjacent bedroom. They broke the pipe in the wall. Could not use shower at all. Manager comes out and offers to pull the tub out and replace at no charge with a brand new tub. We had to repair all the tile around it at our cost. They seemed sincere and wanted to make us happy. Replaced tub. We did tile work. 2 weeks later noticed that the tub does not drain all water because of a low spot in middle of tub. We requested money back. They said they will refund what we paid but want the free tub back. They cannot return our original tub so we would be left with no tub. We cannot trust them to do anymore work. Want our money back and forget we ever used them and get our own repairs done.

The installer arrived late in the morning but finished the shower installation by the end of the day. The shower looked great and was installed well. Several weeks later when the custom shower doors arrived the two installers arrived very late in the day and seemed rushed. The doors had a problem and had to be re-ordered. The new doors seemed to also cause some problems and the installers again seemed rushed with no enough time to do the job well. The shower install seemed to be their expertise but the door installation wasn't as good.

Didn't finish job, built one side of wall but left other exposed, no shower door

totally unsatisfied! Thought I purchased a skin to cover the existing shower base with minimal damage to the existing tile walled shower as well as minimal change in height of threshold When installed, it is at least 4 inches taller, making the shower totally unsafe and inaccessible to the elderly mobility challenged homeowner for whom this repair was being made. When I called to get this corrected I got and continue to be getting the runaround and excuses (not to mention that returning a phone call does not seem to be a priority for them) I have gotten the excuse that showers installations are different from tubs but the sales rep inadvertently forgot to mention this detail. It was also suggested that installation of a handicap (low threshold) base was discussed and I supposedly turned down for financial reasons (not true) yet I was told the sales rep did not realize that a "handicapped" person was living here. I have been offered several options. most of which involve exactly what I did not want-damaging the existing tile walls in order to remove and replace the shower pan, or cutting out part of the new base and retrofitting with another product which would result in an uneven surface as well as seams: NOT FOR WHAT I PAID FOR THIS!! I want a smooth, seamless base at an acceptable accessible height. I was also told that achieving this is difficult because this would need to be a custom molded item....excuse me, but aren't ALL these products pretty much custom? Why is it so difficult to get what I ordered and expected instead of the monstrosity I received? At this point I have told them to fix it the way I thought Iordered it or remove it and return my money so I can get someone in to do the job right yet they are still trying to discuss "options" Not good at communications : Ian never once got back to me or returned a phone call: instead of being called with an installation date,I even had to call (3 weeks after my order) to find out when it could be installed. When the installer finished the job, he handed me a list of products that should and should not be used : when asked a simple question about this he said he only handed out the information, only knew if you used the wrong products the warranty would be voided. He should be better educated on the topic Not proactive for safety: not once during the entire time the rep sat in the kitchen did the subject of safety or grab bars come up: these should be suggested at EVERY installation regardless of the age or mobility of the client On the plus side, the young man who installed the shower base was pleasant, and neat with very little to say. I would probably increase the work quality rating if/when I actually receive the product that I ordered I ordered this 4/28: On 6/22 I am still waiting for Bathfitters to make me smile about my bathroom

Courtious installer, fast, efficient, neat worker, explained everything. Would highly recommend Bath Fitters for shower or bath work.

The shower that was installed by Justin who did a beautiful job with the installation. He did 1st quality work and explained everything about the shower and the new toilet that was also put in.

The customer service rep who came to our home was excellent. However, he neglected to tell us about the non-slip coating that can be put on the shower floor. It did not matter for us, because the cost was too high, however, customers should be informed there is a non-slip coating that can be applied. I think that is important. Otherwise, except for the slippery floor of the shower, we were very satisfied with both the customer service and the work quality. The shower looks great, everything done in one day. Everything went very smoothly. We were impressed! We will recommend you to others and get a mat for the shower floor!

Love it! A bit pricey, but look forward to not scrubbing tile and grout!

They did well

While I was at work my bf was home. He said the bath fitter worker was professional and explained everything step by step. Also cleaned up and took all the trash with him. Therefore, when I got home I ran to the bathroom and I was ready to take a bubble bath.

After one day, job looks great. Worker was very good finished the job in one day has promised.

installer OSCAR was very good.redid shower stall 3 ft x 8.5 ft took two and a half days. matched every line in the tile and every seam.he was meticulous, very professional.looks great. only gripe I had to contact them after 2.5 weeks to get install date..

The shower is beautiful. The job was handled in a professional manner by Paul and Daniel. Dan, the branch manager was courteous and helped me with each step of the installation.

Great job, Steve was a hard worker, polite and professional. Job took a little over a day complete. We really enjoy the job and finish shower install.
