They did a very poor job on the dry wall portion of the job, very poor not finished, not ready to paint as promised by the sales person. We have contacted them at least five times since they have finished, but they have yet to return ANY PHONE CALLS to get this issue resloved

The installers were great but whoever did the scheduling did not communicate to me. I was told by the salesman that the shower would take 1 1/2 days and that was correct. I was also told by the salesman that the remaining work would take 2 to 2 1/2 days. The person doing the scheduling was under the assumption that it would only take 1 day. After the first day, the installers did not return the following day. I called the office and was told that they did not schedule them to return. After I complained they were rescheduled for that Saturday to finish sanding and then returned on Monday.

Awesome job. Installation was done in about 6-7 hours and the shower was ready to use 48 hours later. Looks amazing. Worth every penny.

Had a new tub and surround installed. The installers came at 8 in the morning and were finished by 1pm. They cleaned up everything and left the bathroom looking like new.

Both the gentleman who did my estimate ant the installer were professional, helpful and friendly. Install was done over two days and everything was cleaned before he left.

I had read a lot of bad reviews on Bath Fitter and almost cancelled this job but spoke to my salesman and he told me to check if any of the bad reviews were from my area. They were not...they were mostly in the midwest. So I went ahead with the work and have been so happy I did. My installer, Marty, was amazing. He listened when I told him what my issue was with my existing shower and resolved the problem completely (it was tile and was not set at the proper pitch so water sat in several places and wouldn't drain properly). I love the acrylic, how it looks and how easy it is to clean. The shower door is also awesome. Good job!

Bath Fitters did a great job. We got a lifetime guarantee for our tub. I was pleased with their quality of work.
