furniture sales
 + -1 moreI think (and found online) that despite my asking the question specifically to the salesperson, my chair and ottoman have PLEATHER on sides and the back (definitely leather in the places that you touch). I have this funny feeling they do. BUT, the price was reasonable for this kind of chair and ottoman, and I like it. But it made me feel a little annoyed that I could not get VERY clear and confident answers from my salesperson in general (which now of course makes me think it's probably pleather on the sides). But again, I like the chair and ottoman.
Description of Work: Bought a black leather chair and ottoman. Salesperson was new at Bassett (although not new to furniture sales, she said). Nice enough. She had to ask others a lot of questions, which made me a tad nervous. But she had good taste when I brought in the fabric sample from some other furniture at home (to match).
