Barefoot Mosquito Control System

Barefoot Mosquito was the only company with access to our property while we were away on vacation this summer. They frequently (we have witnessed this) use the hose bibs at residences; while we were gone, they turned off our automatic sprinkler system at the hose bib and left it off and diverted. As a result, $2500 of newly installed clumping bamboo with a 4x a day watering system we’d carefully set up and told them not to touch died before we got home. When we reported this to the company, they refused to replace the bamboo and implied we were wrong or lying about what happened, even though we know from security video that no one but them and the pool company were on the property, and the pool company has a policy never to touch residence hose bibs, ever. After much very unpleasant arguing, they ultimately offered us $1000 service credit, while still refusing to admit fault. Why would I want a service credit to a service whose techs did damage to my property in my absence and whose managers refused to take responsibility for it? Don’t use this company if you want professionals who take responsibility for their damage, or at least never leave them unsupervised!

Very responsive on short notice. I was pleased with the service and have had them out every 3 weeks to continue to control and prevent. This company was recommended by my grandson's pediatrician because of zika virus risk in my area. Great service, good result.

This is the first time we have gone with a profession mosquito treatment. Barefoot Mosquito has been so easy to work with. The techs are very knowledgeable and can give you a great idea about how mosquitos are coming into your area and what you can expect from treatment. They explained why it is important for multiple treatments to hit the different stages of growth, and since it isn't a contract driven company, I felt confident about his recommendations and have had two treatments so far. Enjoying our backyard and front yard isn't shortened by pesky mosquitos. We will continue working with them, because they are a wonderful company that keeps in close contact with us.

We have had one treatment thus far and it was pretty great! We have experienced a significant decrease in mosquitoes and can even sit on our porch in the evenings! We will be getting our second treatment this week and it is suppose decrease the number of mosquitoes even further. Just be aware that this treatment leaves a very distinct garlic smell in your yard that lasts for a full 24 hours.
