Bam Bam Renovation and Repair

Description of Work: Initially contacted BamBam end of January, beginning of February. He came out to look at my bathroom and gave me some suggestions. He said he would draw up some ideas and get back with me. Called him 2-14 and he told me he was trying to figure out a new software and he would get to me as soon as he got things worked out. That took until April 25th. he came back to my house with some drawings of my bathroom. He had lost his notes on our first meeting so the pictures did not include the main change I wanted in the bathroom which was to remove the tub and put in a shower. During this April meeting I felt very intimidated. He basically told he hoped I wasn't wasting his time and that I would be ready to schedule the work when he completed the plans. I was very glad he finally left. He made me very uncomfortable and he also was very critical of Angies List and how your program worked. I don't want this man back in my house and would ask that you don't tell him what I had to say be he made me very uncomfortable.
