Mr. Ballard scheduled an appointment to meet with me the same day at 4 pm and did not show up until the next day as I was about to go out the door. I specifically asked him for a ballpark estimate of how much it would cost to pave a small driveway. He had said it would be in the $2-3,000 dollar range over the phone, I need not have wasted my time waiting for him to do an estimate.
