He showed up on a Saturday. Called just before ariving. Repaired the lid switch quickly and acted professionally.

We had several incomplete phone calls. I was not told of a trip fee before he came out. He did nothing. He looked at the washer and said it would cost $600. I said OK. Then he said that will be $75.00. All he did was just look at my washer!!!!!!!! Thanks for NOTHING.... I would never ask him back to my house...............

Came out right away, evaluated the problem, got the part a day sooner than expected and came out the day he received the part. Very pleasant and did a great job.

Took him fifteen minutes to fix two issues and it was $249! That's too pricey.

I appreciated that he came out the same day I called him. I was the last call of the day, but was working from home anyway. He was quick with the install. I had already did half of the job and he completed it for me. He did give me a discount for that. He was a little less than another place in Austin wanted to charge me. I was in a pinch and need the microwave installed ASAP. He did mention that he does do AC repair as well. I will definitely have to call him for my next Appliance repair.

called in advance of showing up. brought the repair part with him. Did not need to run out and get the repair part and were able to fix it right of way.

I hired Austonian to install a GE microwave. The job required a metal GE accessory to push the unit out (due to deep IKEA cabinets) which I provided. The accessory has two small tabs which needed trimming to fit flush against the wall. Contractor did not bring the tools to cut the tabs properly, so he did the best he could. The microwave is tilted forward.

I had asked him to look at washer as fabric softener was not dispensing. He pulled out the drawer and said needs to be cleaned out.. I had asked he also look at dryer as vent hose has not been connected, ask him to reconnect hose, did not have part so said would use tape to secure. He then cleaned out dryer. Said would be 189.00. I thought that was it. Well price came in right below 300.00, plus i used a credit card and he added 3% to bill for use of credit card.

Rick was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. After he figured out what was wrong the fridge he ordered the parts and came back two days later to complete the repair. He suggested that we clean the coil to improve the function of the fridge. He is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with so I would highly recommend services.

The prices are ridiculous, couldn't even ask a question without him trying to charge for it! I will NEVER use this place again.

Started with what I thougt was wrong. When that wasn't the problem was systematic in going through other options until he did find the problem. Didn't try to over sell any other work. Was able to provide me with 1/2 hour window to go home so I didn't have to miss half day of work. Would use again and recomend this company.

Rick was courteous and on time. He completed the work in a timely fashion and was a joy to watch work. I would truly recommend him to others.

Paid $460 for a refrigerator repair. Part cost $200 by itself. He was reaching for the check while I was signing the paperwork. 1 hour after he left it stopped working. He told me to bang on the part and it started working again. Said he order a new part which took a few days. Came back again and now I have my freezer on high and it barely freezes. Tried to cancel check but he had cashed it the next day.
