Rick provides excellent customer service. He communicates arrival time, explained the diagnosis and repair options, and provided an itemized cost estimate of the parts and labor for review. The quality of the work is outstanding.

He was great. The only thing I didn't care for is that is called early in the morning or late at night.

It cost $135 for them to replace a wire. Took around 15 minutes. Seemed a bit overpriced to me.

Rick should have advised me the plumbing fixtures were installed incorrectly. Since it was installed on November 16, it has been leaking. I had to hire a plumber to fix leaks.

He came on the same day I called. Was in and out but honest about what could happen.

Rick gave me a quote over the phone of $155 for a vent hood installation that would not be vented through the roof. He came out and gave me a quote of $285 to install the vent hood and $210 for the electrical. I decided to go with him even though an $85 service fee to come out was charged to my credit card separately. He came out 2 days later to install and asked if we had a ladder that he could use. He couldn't figure out how to do move the electrical wiring 5" from where it was originally. There was a 10" hole in the ceiling where the wiring was visible. I had to tell him that he could cut the wire and install the outlet over the 5" necessary to be hidden from view. He installed the hood unlevel and the telescopic brackets were not lined up properly making the vent hood bent. Once done, he said he would have to charge an additional fee of $96.07 for the $2.00 outlet plug he had to install. I had to tell him what to do. He asked for a broom to clean up his mess even though he brought in a vacuum cleaner that he DID NOT use. Did not have a working knowledge of the work to be performed and very messy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR RICK GARZA!

They diagnosed the freezer condenser and did the repair.

They obtained parts needed quickly and job was completed as promised. Will definitely keep their name and number on hand in case future appliance issues pop up.
