He took payment for 1st visit &; keep canceling appointment for the repair. I finally hired another person who fixed the problem which was 8xs less expensive and different from Austonians diagnosis.

My Maytag refrigerator icemaker stopped making ice. I hired this company to do the repair. Without any troubleshooting they said I needed a new icemaker. After ordering a new icemaker and installing it, no ice was made. The company said they would come check it, set up a date, and never came back. I did not get a refund. This was a very costly loss for us. I would not recommend this company.

After two weeks and spending $500 my washing machine was still not fixed and I have to go out and buy a new one. I feel the technician was not versed in my washer and should ve been honest with me.

On 10-24 he called me, came the same day, spent about one hour looking at my furnace. I told him that my furnace is in RV, he said he can work on it. He told me he need to order a part, and i have to pay him in advance. He charged me $637.00 that day. Came back on Monday, stayed about two hours, when he was leaving, he said the furnace was repaired but i need to call the electrician because it was not getting enough voltage. The electrician came and said everything is working properly, no issue with voltage. The temperature were low, i called a RV repair person, he came out and showed me what was wrong with the furnace, the gas line was plugged and burner chamber was full of rust and dust. He cleaned the gas line and the burner chamber in one hour and everything was working properly. Mr. Garza did not check the gas line, he did not do a proper job. Sent him a text message, explaining that i did all he said, but that was not the issue, the issue was that he did not cleaned the furnace, he left me with no heath, i offered him the opportunity to make this right. He never responded . I would like $350 back, because i had to pay someone else to finish the job

I thought it was a little expensive. I didn't check to see if I could have gotten it done cheaper.

Had to order part over holiday weekend which delayed completion of fix but once on-site work went quickly and well. Rick was extremely personable and knowledgable; will likely use again if needed.

Quick to call, made appointment for the following day on a short notice though arrived a tad later than scheduled. Expected with last minute requests. Courteous and quality work

Repaired an old freezer. Replaced a relay switch. Took 15 minutes to diagnose and repair. Nice fellow. Good service. $205 including taxes. Part probably cost $30. He came to house to do the repair so the expense was justified. I’d hire him again.

Came ASAP. Did try to call back because I was not 100% happy with install. Quality work. Just personal change. Haven't heard back yet.

Rick was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and helped us trouble shoot our clogged kitchen sink and offered advice when we asked him for help. He was happy to help with no expectations. After we tried different solutions to no avail, we bought a new garbage disposal and hired Rick to install it. He came that day and installed it in about 30 minutes. He charged us an extremely reasonable rate and did awesome work! We now have a great draining kitchen sink, new disposal and a definite go-to appliance repairman!
