Rick was wonderful to work with... prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He also called to confirm appointment an hour prior. My oven needed a part so it was ordered but not installed at the time of this review. I felt the part was a little pricey but I got it anyways. I also didn't know that there's an additional charge to use a credit card. I didn't have my checks handy so I paid the cc fee. However, overall a good experience.

It seem just somewhat a little high price for what the problems was.

Rick was very knowledgeable, he was clean and proficient, taking the correct precautions to insurance he did not scratch our counter-tops.

Fast and efficient!

They were able to fix my LG dishwasher when others said they would not be able to get parts... it did tale a week to get the part, but he still got it . The actual replacement took less than 30 minutes. My dishwasher is working fine again.

Rick was very professional. The communication was by text, mostly, which I prefer. He had to order a part for our dryer, and that took a week to be shipped, but Rick kept up communication with us, giving us progress reports. He installed the part quickly. Dryer repaired! Yay!

Rick could have charged us just about anything he wanted to because he could've sold us a bill of goods. But he didn't. He identified the problem quickly fixed it. Very good.

I was unaware that there was($12) tax on the labor. I was uaware that ther was a $55 charge for haul-off of the old microwave. THe vent assembly "flapper" was not installed.

Perhaps it was a bit accidental, but when a scheduled repair person from another company did not show up during the appointed time, Austonian was here within an hour of my initial contact, The repairman was polite, funny, told me exactly what was wrong and had it fixed quickly. I would absolutely recommend and hire these people again.
