Rick came out to see why washer was leaking and noisy on spin cycle. I will give him this, he was curtious but he does not know what he is doing. When running the cycle we saw water coming out slowly and it was around the wall by washer. He immediatly said it was a plumbing problem and did not even check the hose or anything else. So I got a plumber to come out the next day and he immediatly found out that the drain hose had a small crack in it!! I called Rick to see if he could get the drain hose and come out and install it and he said the hose was OVER $250!!!! I went online to the GE site and it cost $21!!!! How he comes up with his prices I do not know but I know I will NEVER, repeat NEVER call Austonian Appliances again. If you are considering it do not call them.

Update upon being contacted by Austonian Appliance after first review. Made great effort to help get the issue resolved.

He turned out to be very perssisten with fixing and reprogramming my wahsing machine, coming back until the work was taken care of - at no expense to me! I feel as if I can highly recommend him!

Installed an over the range microwave. Quick response. Did a good job but expensive. When asked about installing 2 battery operated smoke detectors which involved 3 small screws each, he would do it for $65 each. I couldn't believe it and obviously didn't go for that.

He was very courteous, he came in diagnosed, told me what caused the problem, fixed it and it is working fine. Rates were affordable

Rick came out the next day to install a microwave over the range. He had to do some additional electrical and adjustment and remove the old vent a hood that was there. Looks great

Rick is very skilled and is also professional in his business. I would definitely recommend him and will call on him again if the need arises.
