AUSTINTATIOUS POOLS

Worst company I have ever encountered. When I tried to give them a chance to fix the problems their technicians caused to our pool, I was talked down to, disrespected, and completely insulted. Obviously the "owner" thinks he can intimidate people by raising his voice. I am rarely compelled to write a review, but if it saves you, reader, from going through what we've been through in the last 2 months, then it's worth it. We were told our pool would be drained into the street. Instead, they flooded our back yard, our neighbor's back yard, and our neighbor's neighbor's back yard. Our trees have lost all of their leaves and are a grey color. When the pool was filled back up, "coincidentally" our Polaris cleaner is broken, our pump works at half power, and our Spa completely drains when we turn it on. What a nightmare this has been. Everyone except for Tamberly (co-owner and wife to the complete jerk) has been angry, defensive, evasive, DISHONEST, and needs a class in customer service. THEY LIE ON THIER WEBSITE...THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED. LOOK IT UP WITH THE BBB. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I truly feel bad for anyone who has to deal with these people. Don't just listen to me (and above all, don't listen to whatever "response" they post here as they are clearly not adverse to lying). Read the dozens of terrible reviews on Angie's, Yelp, Google, etc. I sure wish we had.

Horrible, first they sent two immigrant workers who could not speak a word of english down. They kept trashing my garden stepping on my plants, even though I had thrice asked them in spanish and english to use the gate. The original estimate was for around 4000 and about 1000 less then other companies. Watch out for the low prices is the lesson I learned. 2 Days into the job they told me it would be an extra $2500 to fix a crack. I called around some other pool companies and described the crack, and was told it should cost me about 3-500 to fix it. The reaction I got from Lisa in their office was to bad, thats what is was going to cost me to have them do it. I told them to take their stuff and go. After I wrote a stinging review on Yelp I got a call from Mike the owner. He came by and explained his work men had made a mistake, they didn't understand the type of pool it was ( it was concrete not gunite) and he could fix it for 500. So I let them finish the job ( mistake number two) they replace a beautiful pearl like marking stripe of tile on the stairs wtih a handful of irregularly space plain tile, and worse of all less than a year later, the plaster started to crack and chip. Their answer when I called? Not warranty because the pool had a crack.

The work that was done was really great. There were minor problems with some of the concrete up against our patio. Other than that, we haven't had any problems with anything. The price was competitive with other companies. They cleaned up very well after themselves.
