These guys provided a good product at a good price. They installed the blinds quickly as well. The only downside might be that it took a while to get the product from the manufacturer to Budget Blinds, so the timeline was longer than we wanted.

I would not use them again. Ultimately, the work got done but was late by several weeks and the lady in charge of installation was rude and unresponsive. At one point, she dismissed my concerns sniffling that she was the professional, and hence by implication that I didn't know what I was talking about. I was attracted by the quirky, fun name, but the service was not up to par.

They measured well and did a good job.

Overall we were very satisfied. They did what they said they would and were dependable.

It was a pleasant and great value. They were prompt and the shutters arrived and were installed as promised. I love this company.

Sheri was very helpful. She measured the windows, and then asked questions in order to help me select the right window treatment. She also helped me select a color that would work in the room.

We had been reasonably happy with shutters installed 6 years ago. Requested a quote on additional blinds. Rep came to house to take measurements and we requested some service on existing units. We received a story about a faulty supplier as the reason for the failures. They were still going to charge us for the repair work despite their use of faulty mayerials, but then never followed up to make the repair. We laughed at the quote for new work- why would we want to work with them again?!

We were satisfied with our purchase. Shades were custom made;installed perfectly. We had a small misunderstanding about application of discounts, but it was resolved to our satisfaction.

The blinds are beautiful, although I do wish the designer had made some different suggestions for cordless vs corded in certain locations. I have had a couple of problems with some of the blinds but they have been resolved promptly and to my satisfaction.

Lots of time was given to help us with product selection. Price was competitive. Order time was reasonable. Installation was well-done. Overall a very successful project.

I highly recommend Austintatious Blinds and Shutters to anyone looking for blinds, shutters, or window coverings. This locally-owned company is run by three women who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and the highest-quality merchandise at competitive prices. I am so pleased with the blinds and shutters that one of the owners, Stephanie, helped me select for two rooms in my home. I was so pleased with the pricing -- in fact, I ended up paying less than I had spent on shutters several years back, and this time the window coverings were of better quality! My blinds and shutters arrived ahead of schedule and were quickly installed by one of the Austintatious staff. I am so pleased with the results and can't wait to call them again -- my windows look fantastic! And now Austintatious has a storefront location near the Hill Country Galleria (12918 Shops Parkway, Suite 700, Austin, TX 78738), so its possible to view your choices in a showroom. This company deserves an A+ all-around.

The shopping and sales personnel were very helpful, in assisting us select the blinds, to go with the rest of our interior, but that is where the professionalism ended. The installation was poorly done, with gaps between the sills, and blinds. Considering how much we spent for this, they could have done a much better job. We have seen other homes they had done, and ours did not compare. It was very disappointing.
