+ -1 moreI admit it felt a little weird going to a man's home office in his apartment, but seeing his set-up actually put me at ease. His life seemed to revolve around audio/video and that made me feel as if he would do a good job. And he did! Ben is a world class guy who made me feel comfortable that the job I needed would get done and done well and efficiently! Plus, you can't beat the cost. At around $9 a tape, the trip from Round Rock to deep south Austin was worth it!
Description of Work: Transferred 2 videotapes to DVD and shipped them back to me
