+ -1 morePrepared closing documents that had many errors and didn't reflect the sales contract. Added an extra year to the balloon, changed the payment schedule, forgot to include prepaid interest in the HUD-1, said I was an LLC instead of an individual. The Escrow Officer never returned my call. After I pointed out the errors, Midtown told me that they cannot prepare documents for a seller financed closing. I had already paid another attorney to review the documents that Midtown had prepared. When I complained, Midtown agreed to reimburse me for the expense of the other attorney, but they never did. I moved the closing to another closing company.
Description of Work: Midtown prepared documents and was going close a real estate sale, but we moved to another closing office because the errors in the documents cause me to lose faith in their competence.
