+ -1 morecame out to look at spa - estimate repairs with call later that day with options and then ordered parts - took about 3 weeks after estimate to get to house and do repair - all worked great post repair and very happy with overall service and seemed like fair pricing for what they did.

Description of Work: Replaced the 220 volt circuit pump and serviced spa. I have used their service and bought products from this company. I am not sure about prices for service. They have come out to my home in Elgin, Texas. I have always been satisfied with their work. My spa is still working well.

+ -1 moreI have used ASand amp;P in the past. Called again, spoke w/ Frank and he got me in touch with John E. the service guy. He arrived on time, had a great, uplifting attitude. First thing I think he checked was the fuse, replaced it and then took a few minutes explaining the workings of the hot tub and discovered that it had been re-plumbed ( the plumbing was changed) and the blower had been diverted. He was fast and professional and now we have a working hot tub.
Description of Work: Bought a used hot tub from someone and it quit working after 3 hrs. Turns out there was a bad fuse. John E from AS&P diagnosed and solved the problem.

+ -1 moreFrank, the owner came out and was very hands on. He was just great and he called to check up on our spa, which we loved. We had one of the bigger models and it has been great for my arthritis. They guaranteed their parts and labor. I had trouble with a knob and they came out and got us fixed up immediately.
Description of Work: I had a new Artesian spa put in.
