Owner called me back and was very nice, I was excited because it seemed like we had found the perfect local company to do work on our 1 acre lot in the future. We have numerous maintenance and installation needs that will need to be hired out over the next few years. The owner said he would call me the next morning to try and have one of his guys come do the work. He had stated that they typically charge 100 per hour for labor + an addtl trip free of $50. I was hoping to find someone to do it for around $100 and he said that'd probably be alright as he hoped to gain future business. I stopped calling around for other quotes and waited for his call the next morning. Well, I'm still waiting for the call a week later! As a business owner myself, I will never understand why some businesses just throw out potential clients without the courtesy of communication.

The owner John has always been responsive with a high degree of service and over the top level of detail. Many times he will throw in extra services or provide special deals. We originally met them as he was providing the landscaping services for our subdivision. Over the years he has performed multiple projects for us as well as ongoing maintenance. He has an excellent value for the service and will continue to use him.

He does not mow much in the winter but he goes out of his way to do extra services without charging much. He is a really cool guy. He really knows his plants and he is very punctual. If he says he is going to do something he does it. He crew members are very professional. He takes a lot of pride in what he does.
