My realtor, I told him when to be there and he and his wife were there and supervise the cleaning. Buying I would give an B, but selling has been something different because they overpriced us and we had to significantly lower our price and I think we might have lost a potential buyer because it was overpriced. We were looking for months, but the one thing that I?m kind of disappointed that they didn?t inform us about some of the mortgage, but maybe they didn?t know, I?m not sure but you think a realtor agent might tell you that. I was fairly pleased with the buying process. Selling our house, it?s been on the market for 70 days now. We are paying rent and mortgage. We have gotten more showing since we drop the price so definitely it was a price issue, he overpriced us. We could have done better getting the seller to fix what they were actually supposed to fix when they were selling the house to us. I really think I should have held out longer on my first offer, I shouldn?t have jumped the gun to raise my offer I really think I should have stuck to it.

I talked to them to get updates on the house every week. I was overpriced and I know they have been working hard to sell the house but I just feel like if they had priced it right it might have gone by now.
