They helped me fine a terrific home, which I have been for 8 years and they were great. They did a lot of support for me even afterwards, helping me find various contractors & things like that. They were very attentive, they listened very closely to what I was looking to find. Things they provided to me for to go and look, very on point. They were basically very, very supportive in the whole thing. I wound up not being here when I bought the house, I lived in Maryland. So, all of this was conducted many thousands of miles away. So there was a lot of dependency on the service that they provided, and I was totally satisfied. The agents were very helpful and they treated me like somebody that they had known forever.

Wow, I wish the grading system was numeric. Let's just say that on a 4.0 scale, these guys are a 10! I purchased a big deal to see if my substantially increased property taxes were worth fighting. Before I could even respond to the e-mail regarding scheduling, there appeared in my in box a thoughtful, well reviewed analysis of my taxes as well as a comprehensive market appraisal of my property. (all coupled with sound advice, I might add). This is the kind of service you always want, but almost never get. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Incredible, honest, reliable company!

Terri Lynn, the broker, went above and beyond helping me for over a year to find the perfect one story home in Circle C neighborhood. This is a very desirable neighborhood where homes are often sold before they make the MLS. As a first time home buyer, and being new to the area, the whole process could have been overwhelming. Terri Lynn made it so easy. She is professional and ethical and always had my best interest a heart. I would (and have ) recommend this company to anyone buying a home!

They are very good realtors. I haven?t had much direct contact with them but I have been happy with everything I have seen.

It turned out just fine. Everything was great, and they were absolutely terrific.

Overall things went well. There was a little bit of a problem at the tail end of the sale. It took three months for her to actually complete the real estate transaction. Other than that, they did a pretty good job. Up until the end, they had actually been excellent.

It couldn't of gone better.

She has done an exceptional job, and I found just what I was looking for. They know the neighborhood inside out. We have 6 or 8 parties that are interested in buying our house. It is just a question of which one of them sells their house first so that they can bring us this non contingent offer and buy the house.
