Columbus Real Estate Pros has done a fantastic job listing our house for rent online and found us a renter with a two-year lease within 30 days! Greg answered all of my questions over the phone and Brett did a great job gathering information on our needs and then following up.

Although the company found a tenant for our home, we settled for much lower monthly rent ($395/month less than their suggested advertised listed price). The company lacks timely and clear reports. We just started getting reports 1 1/2 months after the tenants moved in. Their original paint job needed a return trip because of paint streaks but overall the bathroom tile, move-out cleaning, painting and carpet replacement looks okay. My husband and my irritation with the company and its ownership are with the liberal decisions they have made without our authority and without consulting us. These issues include: THROWING OUT in the trash our custom insulated drapes without our knowledge or approval and not putting up any replacements in our downstairs windows! They also authorized 2 dogs to live in the house when we were told that the tenants were only bringing 1 cat to live with them. It is still a new relationship with this company but I am wondering what other issues may still pop up which we are not still not aware.
