I had a fantastic experience building this house with Dennis' help. For most of the project I was living in California and communicated with him by phone and email. Every single detail was accomplished according to my wishes. There were no surprises and no unexpected costs. The work was meticulous and the suppliers Dennis referred me to were excellent. At the time my home was being built I knew someone else who was building a house elsewhere with a different builder. Every day she had new horror stories about her project and I felt especially grateful for having Dennis working on my house. Dennis was also completely reliable as far as respecting the property and reviewed in detail which trees could be cleared and which to be saved. He was able to give me helpful advice when I was unsure of how to proceed but never attempted to impose his own ideas. The house took a long time to build but it was completed on time according to the schedule Dennis proposed in the beginning.
