Despite multiple calls and emails, I received no response whatsoever. They may not need the business but a small amount of respect would have been nice.

Royal of Austin Mobile Mower Repair asked me some questions over the phone, tried to trouble shoot our battery problem over the phone and helped figure out if it was worth the tune up and repair. He arrived on time, evaluated again if it was worth doing the repair, loaded up the mower on his trailer. They were not super busy, so they were able to deliver it back, repaired and tuned up, the next day. They could have delivered it the same day, but we weren't available. We had an issue with the battery and really appreciate their honesty as it was a human error, not an issue at all with the battery. They repaired two flat tires, changed the oil, lubed, cleaned filters, checked/replaced spark plugs, emptied the contaminated gas, balanced and sharpened the blades, picked up and delivered. They let us know the blades need to likely be replaced next year but have a little mileage left. Service was friendly and prompt. We would definitely use them again!

My husband liked the price and the guy who fixed the lawn mower. He called my husband and see what the lawn mower looks like. Then my husband took a picture of it and dropped it off to the guy. He could come and get it but it will take longer. They had no problem.
