+ -1 moreI feel like a fool, I should have done my homework. I bought the Living Social deal. I called and booked a clean 8 weeks before the scheduled date. Talked to Erica, and before we hung up I asked "should I call and confirm the day before".....her answer "..No we will do that". I wanted everything to go right so I called at 9 am the day before and left a message confirming time, address etc and asked for a call back...NOTHING, I called again at 3pm leaving all the information again...same thing. Called again the next morning and left message and this time I added "if their was a mix-up with day/time please call me" as I needed to make arrangements for cleaning or do it myself I HANDED THEM AN OUT ON A SILVER PLATTER AND STILL NO CALL BACK. I called Living Social and they refunded....CALL LIVING SOCIAL AT 877-521-4191 (press 4) and get a refund......even if you don't want a refund they need to know. DO NOT USE AUSTIN MAIDS AND IF YOU BELONG TO ANGIE'S LIST POST THERE AS WELL!!!! Help get the word out.
