Very incompetent group and high turn around. No ownership in client's account and they get data lost. Noe Carmona was my original broker. He was very responsive and professional until the house gets rented out and then he vanishes. Hard to chase down and when doing home inspections to rent out the house, he misses areas that need fixing and cleaning, so the house is on the market for longer. Then, he has an emergency and tell me he's taking a break from being a broker and my account is left to his partner Kevin who after taking 2 more weeks to respond my calls, go to inspect the house and says the house is a mess (after Noe said it was ok and I spent $4k in cleaning/repairs), so at this point I'm not sure where my $4k was used for as I live out of state and Noe used that money to make the house ready before he left. Now, I had to spend another $3k as per Kevin. After spending that, Kevin vanishes as well, and Lauren takes over. She seems to try, but she's new and fails at getting the appliances repaired after tenants call. I ended up calling the contractors myself.So really, after 5 months paying their service, I decided to terminate, as I was the one doing all the property management, and they were just keeping $200 every month. NOT worth spending your time and money with this company. They have good sellers to grab your account and once they get your commission, the actual property management is zero. Super negligent
