 + -1 moreWent extremely well. Punctual, professional. Cleaned up. really knows the technical end. Replaced on-wall former surround sound Bose system with in-wall speakers, completing all the rewiring and cutouts. Patiently walked us through operation/configuration of the system. Paid attention to the most minor details. Did not up-sell or push capabilities outside our wants, but made thoughtful suggestions. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: I had a lightning strike that fried several home theater components. Eaton came out, listened to our requirements, and recommended a configuration (involving multiple zones in house and out at pool and various switching capabilities between rooms) that reproduced and actually improved our environment. He was mindful of our needs and budget.
