It took a while to get an appointment scheduled. Their answering system said they had a lot of work ahead of me. However, once the technician arrived, the job went very well. He was efficient and pleasant. I was very happy to get my gutters cleaned out.

My first contact was with Kathy who is positively informative, professional, & knowlegeable. Then we had an appt for an estimate with Ray who guided us thru the measures that we needed to resolve the problems. The A-team ( my description for these experts) came to our house to do the job. Their work was accomplished proficiently & they cleaned up the area. Suprisingly, we even received a follow-up call regarding the status of the work and installation. It is a remarkable to have a problem resolved with this level of professionalism & quality from begining to end with this company

In March 2012, I asked for an estimate from a representative of both Austin Gutterman and a competitor. From the outset, AG provided the kind of service that made the decision relatively easy in spite of the considerable expense for outfitting my entire home and garage with gutters, including the Gutter Helmet product. The salesman, John Richter, provided a great deal of detail and spent about an hour with me the first visit. On subsequent visits, he was not only helpful about dividing the work into two installations because of the cost, but also in advising me about the installation of rain barrels. John even recommended a a company that sells all manner of rain collecting systems and at a fair price. In addition to John's responsiveness whenever I called with a question, I received the same service from the scheduler and Troy, the installation supervisor. And I received a followup call from the installation supervisor to ensure I was happy with the work and whether the workman had cleaned up appropriately. AG not only installed the gutters and Gutter Helmets but installed the overflow pipes for the rain barrels and ensured that the downspouts were located to fill the barrels. And when one of the barrels showed a leak at the overflow pipe, Troy resealed the pipe. While the cost was a little more than I had budgeted, I was able to split the project into two different installation dates. Great service, great product!

Austin Gutter Man cleaned all the gutters in my home. I was pleased with his service, and I would use him again when my gutters need to be cleaned.

I bought a deal for gutter cleaning & inspection on Angie's List for $125. Mike came out to do the work only to discover the gutters didn't really need cleaning. We had a leaky area around our back porch, so I also had him take a look at that to give me an estimate for repair. He cleaned off some debris on our leaf screens and applied $100 of the deal I bought towards the repair. I'll definitely use them again!

I spent $2,800 on the job. They were professional. They came out when they said they would come out. They did a nice job. I called them back for one minor problem. I noticed, a month ago, that a couple of outside joints were dripping. They were quite responsive about coming out to fix it. They did a nice job. I would use them in the future if required.

We bought an Angie's List coupon for gutter cleaning and inspection. We contacted the office for our appointment and were contacted promptly for an appointment a few days later. Mike came out and professionally cleaned our gutters, reworked one of our downspout pipes, and blew the leaves off of our porch roof. He provided detailed estimates and walked around the house with us to illustrate what he was going to recommend in his estimation report as well as problem areas he noticed while he was cleaning. He left us with a detailed report.

I actually chose them because I felt they had the highest quality product. They were not the cheapest of the 3 bids I got, but the salesman offered the best product information. Had one minor scheduling change.

I called a few companies to get quotes to put gutters on my house. In doing my research I had come up with several questions to ask and when Austin Gutterman showed up to my place they answered questions I had not even thought of. Other companies brought color swatches to find a color that matched the house and while Austin Gutter man did bring some of those with them they also brought samples of the materials used. They gave me three quotes from low end to high end gutters. After the sales guy John finished writing the quotes he asked if there was someplace we could sit down and go over them. I said I had a kitchen table but was a little worried some of the samples he brought may scratch the wood but John had come prepared with a thick mat to lay on the table a prevent any damage. We then went through the different materials used in each of the quotes and they different ways they could be attached to the house. I went for the high end life time warranty snap lock gutters system which I had my eye on anyway and was sold on after the price was adjusted for a couple of discounts they had running. Not many trees where I live so I did not put any kind of leaf guard system in place but figure I can add it later if needed. They had time available to do the work just a few days after I signed the contract but I wanted to try and be around when the work was being done. Since I was going to be traveling I scheduled the work for the next month about 5 weeks later. After the work was complete on Friday afternoon I went outside to take a look. For the most part everything looked good but I noticed the splash blocks I had ordered were not in place and mentioned it to the work foreman. He didn't know anything about needing splashblocks so I showed him the contract. He did not have any with him at the time but called his supervisor on the phone who then called me about 30-40 minutes later. He said that he would have John the sales guy I talked to give me a call on Monday morning. John called me on Monday apologized for the missing blocks and said that they would have someone out either that afternoon or the next day to put them in place. A few minutes later someone else called (I forgot the name) to see how things looked and he also said they would try and have the blocks out that day. I went out of town on Monday and when I got home that evening the blocks had been brought to the house and put into place. We are in a drought right now so I am still waiting to see how the gutters perform in the rain but so far everything is looking good and the company and its employees have been a pleasure to work with. I gave a B for responsiveness because after getting the quotes I sent an email with a couple questions. It took 2 or 3 days to receive a response which had it been a weekend I would have understood but felt being during the week was a bit slow to respond. I would use this company again and be happy to recommend them to any of my friends who may need gutter work done.

They were very business-like and customer oriented. I needed to have a follow up done because the rain was getting around the cascading gutters we have so they sent a man to fix it. They were highly recommended to us by some roofers we used. This company was very good about follow up and I will use them again in the future.

The appointment was set up and Mike came by first to look over the situation. He returned later to complete the job. Everything went well and he was very professional. He politely offered advice on a few other related matters.

Was able to reuse some of damaged gutter and final price came in $75 below bid. Our house is exceptionally tall and they had to use their tallest latters. Nice repair job below budget.

got an estimate, guy drew up layout of gutters, had him come out again to review layout, gutters installed. Had them come out to reconfigure one of the downspouts.

Greg came out to the house and was very friendly and provided a lot of helpful information regarding their company and the install process. They are relatively expensive, which is why we decided to go another route.

Good sales job by John. I selected 5" straight-faced gutters in galvalume with custom box downspouts and a rain chain. Price was initially high but then adjusted to a reasonable figure. Saul and Ed did the work about 10 days later (today). Beautiful, straight and clean. Plumb with nice sharp corners. The galvalume is great material. I am pleased. Now......I want some rain to see the gutters in action. Haha. I would recommend Austin Gutterman to anyone.

The install went smoothly. I did not do a lot of comparison shopping before selecting Austin Gutterman. They came well recommended by a friend who had them install gutters on his home. The salesperson explained his recommendations thoroughly, pointed out why his solution would prevent some problems that he pointed out in my neighbors gutter system. He took numerous pictures of my house, and he made at least one visit to my house with an aide before the installation date. This allowed the install people to have a good idea of what the job entailed and how they should proceed before they saw my house for the first time. They had a color selection that made it easy to match the gutters to the stain on my house extremely well The crews were efficient, they asked if they could work on Saturday, which I appreciated, rather than just showing up.

Exellent job overall. Helpful in updating estimates with USAA insurance carrier. Efficient and hard working crew completed a quality job in one day. Very good cleanup following installation. Some problems in communicating with office, but not significant.

They are finishing up the job tomorrow. Their prices are competitive, we had three bids. I like their salesman and the installer is great too. It has been a great experience. They call and tell you when they are coming. If something comes up, they let you know and provide you with options. They are very honest and did not try to upsell anything. I will recommend them.

They were super. They gave me an estimate and there were no hidden charges. They did what they said they would. They were responsive and professional. They were efficient.

The job was very extensive and difficult because our roof is very pitched. The guys (Troy, Chad and Chris) were all terrific and very respectful of our home. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. Although the job was expensive, it had to be done and I am very glad we had them do the work.

This company was VERY responsive once the estimate was received and did the job one day after we contracted with them. It took them one day total. I wasn't 100% happy with our sales person, as he seemed a bit distracted and disorganized presumably because of current family emergency (who wouldn't be?). After a couple of calls to get the final estimate, though, things were ready to go. The on-site installation guy corrected some of the design issues (again...the sales rep designed a small detail wrong, but design flaw would've impacted water control in our problem area). Kudos to the install guy to catch it! Unknowingly, the company performed a quality control check a week later and found two minor fixes to be done. They will be completed this week. Again - don't know that I would work with the sales rep again... but A++++++ for everybody else!!!!!!!

I thought that they were very competent. They did exactly what they had said they would for the price they had said at the estimate. I liked the salesman a lot because he was on time and very informative. I got a discount for paying with cash.
